Journal of Genetic Resources is an open access double-blind peer-reviewed semiannually journal, owned, managed, and published by University of Mazandaran since 2015 and is indexed in Scopus. The journal aims to promote international exchange of new knowledge and recent developments in all areas of genetic resources (Human, Animal, Plant and Microorganism). The journal publishes original articles, reviews, short papers, case-study and letters relevant to genetic resources. The journal covers all aspects of genes and proteins studies including genes expression, structures, functions, in silico  analysis, in vivo, in vitro, ex vivo, o vivo studies; and use of molecular markers in the evolutionary, taxonomy, biosystematics and especially genetic diversity studies.
