"Journal of Genetic Resources (J Genet Resour)" is a double-blind peer-reviewed journal which publishes articles of significance in all kinds paper-forms (Original and Review articles, Short papers, Case-study, etc.). The journal aims to promote international exchange of new knowledge and recent developments in all areas of genetic resources (Human, Animal, Plant and Microorganism), especially molecular genetics and genetic diversities, and other related topics. It includes all aspects of genes and proteins studies (Expression, Structures, Functions, In silico analysis, In vivo / In vitro / Ex vivo / O vivo studies, etc.), their use in the evolutionary studies of organisms and molecular markers.

Acceptance for publication is subject to a refereeing process and free of charge. This journal has no article submission or peer review processing charges and also doesn’t charge authors for accepting articles.

To guarantee long-term digital preservation, All articles published in the J Genet Resour (JGR)  are archived in some free digital repository of scholarly publications such as Islamic World Science Citation Center (ISC). We follow SHERPA/RoMEO's green archiving policy.

All papers are freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, or link to the full texts of the articles in this journal without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. 

All submitted manuscripts are checked for similarity through a trustworthy software named iThenticate to be assured about its originality.
